The self-guided Nubiana tour will include work by muralists, photographers, illustrators, fashion designers, African artisans and florists.. “Artist at Work” allows patrons and visitors to engage with artists, enjoy live demos, and purchase art at each event. Learn about the creative process and what steps an artist takes to bring ideas from concept to completion. Engage in the Nubiana Auction and invest in amazing works for your lobby at your Non-profit, Corporation, Restaurant or Educational institution! Enjoy our Young, Gifted and Black Gallery for youth with art kit activities led by the Museum of Fine Arts Monica Garcia. Come with the audacity to create in our Freestyle corner with paints provided by AOA Supply! We invite you to Boston's most diverse food and beverage experience with delicious food offerings from around African Diaspora! Taste favorite dishes from some of the city’s high-profile and Black-Owned restaurants powered the Boston Black Restaurant Coalition’s Nia Grace Owner of Darryl’s Bar & Grille. Enjoy refreshing beverages like fresh Sorrel, Gingerbeer, and Sour sap or perhaps an ice-cold adult beverage in our Beer and Wine Garden (21+ only). Nubiana’s Black-Owned Marketplace will span the 1.9 acre Blair Lot and feature exhibitors and vendors from all creative backgrounds. One can find anything - arts & handmade soaps, health & wellness, fitness, fashion & accessories, educational products, art, books, music, and much more. Imagine- everything that is socially-conscious, trendy, vintage, unique - enveloped within 3500 sq ft of Artwork curated by local Artists.
